The Junior Leadership Development Academy provides an environment for boys and young men 7-12 grade to come together from different Outposts, learn to work together, and fine-tune leadership skills. The Junior Training Camp (JTC) and Advanced Junior Training Camp (AJTC) are one of the requirements for the Trail of the Saber. The training gives teamwork skills, patrol competitions, and spiritual maturity empowerment opportunities.
