The Junior Leadership Development Academy (JLDA) is designed to assist a boy in his leadership journey. It consists of several events that are held annually that will give boys fun-filled, intentional leadership training, along with powerful spiritual development opportunities. This training experience is designed to be a catalyst and springboard of spiritual encouragement.

OSAC provides men and older boys with training in basic outdoor skills to better equip them to lead their groups safely and effectively on outdoor camping events. The focus of the camp is therefore the development of basic outdoor skills. This camp now provides a platform to teach camping and other basic outdoor skills to leaders since these skills are no longer being presented at NRMC or other events. In addition to being conducted as a Royal Rangers action camp, this camp could be offered as a “father & son” event or as an event conducted in cooperation with your district Men’s Ministries department. The form and function of the camp could be very similar, regardless of the audience participating.
